New Handmade Pencil Skirt that fits Smart Dolls and similar size 1/3 dolls. The doll in the pictures (Doll is not included!) is a 1/3 doll that is similar size to Smart Dolls. The material is cotton and the design is a Pink Animal Crossing pattern. It has a snap in the back of the skirt. Please be aware that the snap is a small part so poses as a choking hazard if ripped off the skirt so please understand that while I take care to make sure the snap is securely in place and won't come off, making the obligatory small part choking hazard caution.
