The primary side voltage was measured by applying 20 to 20kHz and 1V to the secondary side.
Impedance conversion is normal, and there is no variation between P1 to B and B to P2, indicating normal operation.
The resistance on the primary side (between P and B) was measured using a commercially available tester and was found to be at a normal value.
