Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned, whether your item has developed a fault or is damaged, we can help you out.

All returns are accepted within 30-Days of Purchase.

When Return Reason is "Purchased by Mistake" or "Changed Mind":

• The Buyer is responsible for the returning shipping cost.
• New items must be returned in their original sealed unopened packaging.
• For items with manufacturer seal, the items should be returned with unbroken seal and intact.

When Return Reason is "Defective" or "The Item is not as described":

• Return Shipping is Free, you must return the item in the same condition as received.
• You must also include all packaging as been received.

In reference to Ebay's Return Policy:

• When returning an item, please make sure to provide us with a tracking number as soon as it is available.
• Refund or Exchange as agreed will be processed within 2 Business Days.
• In case of a refund, you will be receiving a cancellation request that you are required to approve.

Shipping Policy:

We ship all our products via Royalmail. Your item usually ships the same day if Payment is received/cleared before 15:00PM GMT Time. If Payment is received after 15:00PM GMT Time, the item will be shipped the next day. Our Warehouse is closed on the Weekends, so for any aucations won and paid for on the weekend, the order will be processed and shipped as first thing Monday morning.
