Rogue Flashbender 2 Portable Lighting Kit

For avid flash photographers, the new Portable Lighting Kit includes a collection of versatile light modifiers to equip 4+ speedlights.

For complete control over your on-camera flash unit, the Rogue Flashbender 2 Portable Lighting Kit from ExpoImaging provides photographers with a variety of modifiers that will enable bouncing light, flagging off areas, diffusing light, limiting light spill and the beam angle, and adjusting the color of the flash. Also, this kit comes with a travel bag for easily bringing this system with you.

The kit includes the large and small FlashBender 2 Reflectors which are positionable for controlling where light will fall on your scene. Also, they accept the included diffusion panels for enlarging and softening the light output for a softbox look. The Flash Grid 2 3-in-1 Stacking System has 45° and 25° grids which can be stacked for a 16° beam angle. All of these updated models have a belt and buckle attachment system and are made of more flexible and lighter weight materials. Rogue Flashbender Reflectors

The versatile Rogue FlashBender Positionable Reflectors can be used either as a reflector to bounce light onto a subject, as a flag to shield light away from it or as a snoot to produce a tight and narrow circle of light. Because of its size, the Large Reflector is perfect for off-camera use. Please note: When not shaped into a snoot, the Large Reflector is designed to be used on a flash that's positioned at a 90 degree (vertical) angle in order to accurately reflect and bounce light towards your subject.

The patent pending design incorporates (3) positionable rods that allow the Large Reflector to be molded into position and held in place.

How are Rogue Gels labeled?

We print directly onto the gels to ensure you always know what gel you’re using. Rogue Gels are individually labeled with the LEE Filter name of each gel, as well as the gel’s measured f/stop loss value, and when appropriate, the corresponding Kelvin color temperature correction and camera white balance icon.

The stated f/stop loss values were measured using a Sekonic light meter in a controlled test. These values compare the metered exposure of the bare flash with the metered exposure using the Rogue Gels placed over the flash head.

How are lighting gels typically used?

Colored lighting filters, or gels, are often used as accent lights, or to add dramatic color to backgrounds or selected portions of a scene for artistic effect.Correction filters are typically used to adjust the color temperature of a flash to better match other light sources to improve overall color balance in an image.

For Continental US shipments , we use UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service. For international information - see below.

When offered, Free Shipping is for ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states with our choice of carrier. There maybe a slight surcharge applied to orders shipped to AK, HI, PR, VI, Guam, APO, FPO or areas classified as "remote" by UPS. We ask that buyers from these location request a quote prior to buying or wait for a final invoice prior to making payment. Do not assume that we will pay 100% of the shipping to remote locations.

International Shipping

For International shipments We primarily use eBay International Shipping but also offer US Postal Service options for certain international locations. We can also ship internationally with UPS and FEDEx.

Handling Charges

Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the Seller and the actual insurance amount has been included in the Handling Fee. Our Handling Fee includes some or all the following costs: insurance coverage, cost of packing materials, postage service fees, pick up fees, and preparation of documentation.

Importation of items from another country can cause significant delays in the arrival of your item. We will can give the approximate shipping times for the arrival of your item but these do not allow for delays by customs officials in both the US and at the final destination. Please consider this in your expectations for travel time and in leaving appropriate feedback. We will remove any feedback that refers to slow shipping caused by customs delays.

Most foreign countries impose a duty, customs charge or value added tax on items shipped from the US. This charge is added by the shipping company, not us, and collected at delivery. We have a difficult time understanding our own tax system and we have absolutely no desire to figure out the customs of the 50 or so other countries we ship to.
