*I am the original owner of the set, it has been stored in my parents house for the last 29 years. The set was rebuilt from the box to verify all pieces and minifigs present. One brown flagpole was replaced with a different color as the original was lost (brown for black). Otherwise everything appears 100% complete. Box is in fairly poor shape and can be shipped without at buyers request. Manual is in decent shape but has creases and spine damage. All pages are intact and not torn or missing. Does not include extra pieces not needed for build.

All minifigs are in great condition and have no torso or leg cracks.
