This is a Wedgwood bone china rimmed soup bowl in the Avon pattern, W3983.  It measures 8" across and 1 1/2" high.  Some have a brown mark and some have a green mark, dating it to the 1940's or 1950's.  These have the lighter lavender flowers.  The condition of the soups is excellent with no chips, cracks or wear.  See my other listings for many more pieces of Avon, including place settings.
