Up for sale is a nice Central New England Railway lantern with a cast globe for the New York New Haven & Hartford Railroad.  The C.N.E. RY. is embossed on the lid of the lantern cage with the manufacturer logo on top of the chimney.  The lantern was made by Armspear of New York.  The cage is in really nice and clean condition for its age.  There is no rust and clean and straight frame.

The globe is a tall clear cast globe marked NYNH&H RR in bold embossing.  The New York New Haven & Hartford Railroad took over the CNE Railway.  The globe is a CNX with the logo embossed on reverse from the NYNH&H.  The globe has no cracks and is in nice condition all around.  

Overall, this lantern is really clean and displays great for a tough railroad line to find.
