We would always offer combined shipping when purchasing multiple items, complete checkout as normal and once we receive your order we will work out the cheapest combined shipping rate and refund you the difference. Estimates can be provided beforehand but prices may differ upon ordering.
Items sent to Europe usually arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch by air and 2-5 working days by road service. For other international destinations delivery may take longer depending on the destination.

If an export order is returned to us due to unpaid taxes and import duties we will deduct a re-stocking fee and the cost of the initial postage from any refund issued. If the order is held at customs and not returned to us the customer will be responsible for any penalties or disposition fees and no refund can be issued.     
Prices quoted for International deliveries apply to those areas the Carriers deliver to on a regular basis. If your address falls outside of this the Carrier may charge a “remote area surcharge” that will need to be paid by the customer in order to have the parcel delivered. 

Upon delivery
Customers are advised to check their goods before signing for them. Parcels received damaged, opened or tampered with should be rejected whereupon they will be returned to us. Should you wish to take the item as is please ensure it is listed as “damaged”, “opened” or “tampered” with when you sign for it.
The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us whereupon we will have to charge for re-delivery.

Lost/damaged orders
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made in writing within 12 days from date of dispatch. In cases of ‘non delivery’ for TNT or DHL deliveries customers are advised to wait 7 days before submitting their claim.
Please note that on the rare occasion you have not received your order sent by Royal Mail in the expected time frame we have to wait three working weeks before a lost in post claim form can be put through. The reason we allow for three working weeks to elapse is items will be returned to the sender if not delivered within that time period.
KMS will not be liable for any consequential losses incurred due to any problems with their deliveries, such as late or damaged deliveries
