Unit is coded and adapted for a 2019 Volkswagen Golf R with Fender audio system. The Harman unit is running the newest firmware and North American Region Maps.

**Please note your vehicle might require more coding and adaptation for the Harman unit to function properly.

Component protection is patched so no codes are shown on the display. However, if using a scantool a code will shown up but does not affect using the radio in anyway. If you need this code removed you will have to contact your vw dealer to have the unit fully programmed to your car/vin number.

Please note this is intended as an upgrade for Mk7.5 Golf/Gti/Golf R and may also work on some mk7 models depending on the amplifier installed.

May also fit other VW models however buyer is responsible for verifying fitment before purchasing.
