Does work when wound. Seems to have a light "grinding" when playing. May need to be greased or something inside? It wasn't grinding beforehand when I found it so I'm not sure why it's doing that.

Note: it seems to be having a bit trouble wanting to start when I winded it. I had to turn the wind in the opposite direction to get it started

Last note: I was fiddling with it a little and got it working perfectly with no grinding noise. Seem the inside mechanism was slightly down just a hair too much and caused it to be touching and grinding too much. Works perfectly now.
