Up for auction is a SET OF 50 medals to commemorate WOMEN that were important in some way either by an event or by their association with other important people.  Each medal is privately struck by the S.C.F.C. and THE FRANKLIN MINT. Medals are sterling silver (.925). Each case holds 10 medals. Each medal has name plates. Has the previous owners membership number of 2275 of the S.C.F.C.  Some of the medals are showing surface imperfections but that doesn't detract from this fine collection.  Inside the cases has the velvet type liner around the medals disintegrating onto the cases the medals are in, but a feather duster works wonders.
