This alternative needle (replacement needle) is a "SAS tip" or "boron cantilever" type.
Our unique record stylus, SAS (Super Analog Stylus), uses a special tip shape to achieve linear contact between the stylus and the sound groove, while at the same time reducing friction between the sound groove and the stylus. This is a record needle that realizes this. Excellent treble and bass reproducibility, and a longer lifespan of approximately 500 hours.
