I loved this as soon as I saw it. You could hang it or use it as part of a display. The clock piece is removeable but is not running. I did not want to try an open it for fear of damaging it. So, you will have to figure it out. The pictures do not do it justice as the colors are a little washed out. It is a really nice piece.
