Note : 
The reason why the oil can't drain is because the screw of the oil pipe is too tight and the air can't get out. 
It is necessary to loosen the oil pipe screw of the rear flat pump and the oil pipe screw of the upper pump first. 
After the black oil comes out, drain the oil several times, and then tighten the oil pipe screw gradually.
