Vintage Ice Skates Womens Size 6 Sheffield Made In England Figure Skating

There is a string of numbers printed on the inside, The number 6 is stamped on it so I am assuming that is the size, I am not 100% sure.

Condition: The skates have signs of wear/use and age.  Have scuffing and scratches, the soles on the inside of the skates have wear, 1 is cracked. There may be some surface rust/spots on the steel portion.  Please view the pictures to assess the condition.
