Regis de Bouvier de Cachard was born in 1929 and studied art first in Paris's famed Montparnasse neighborhood and later in Italy.  He's known for his stylized cityscapes and surrealist still life scenes.

This giclée reproduction of "Les Chardons" by Cachard features a still life of a tabletop with a variety of flowers, jars, and pitchers. The artist's name and date were added in a mirror in the upper right corner. The bold colors add a richness and depth to this print, and the canvas material adds a sense of texture to the image.

The giclée was printed on a large canvas and comes in an ornate frame, which measures 28.5 in x 22.75. Please note that the frame shows signs of age, see photographs for condition details.
