This adorable Snowbaby is part of the Dept 56 Wizard Of OZ collection and is titled "Wicked Witch Of The West.”

The Snowbaby is riding a bike and it’s 4 inches high and 3 3/4 inches long.

Even though it was issued in 2012, it’s in excellent condition!
