Your satisfaction is my ultimate goal. This is a nice part time hobby and I try to provide quality clothing to good homes at a decent price. If there is an issue with the garment(I'm human, I do screw up occasionally,)  then of couse I provide full returns. If its just not what you wanted, then I'll still honor returns minus shipping cost. I think that's pretty fair, and as I said, my goal is to provide a positive ebay experience for you.
