I purchased a brand new power cord just to see if it powers on and it does also the disc tray opens and closes. The new power cord is included I do not have the cable that goes to the TV that's the reason I listed it for parts or repair I was unable to test it on a TV to see if it works.

Games are included (they can use a cleaning )

You also will receive a official Xbox controller and a aftermarket game stop one.

Again it's for parts or repair or it may work if you hook up the other cable.
