1980s silk like floral watercolor cocktail dressed. Strapless wtih pleated busom and wide waist with sarong style skirt and draped front. Zipper and hook and eye in the back. Boning inside the bodice. Fully lined. Tag reads "rae phillips" and "100% polyester- dry clean only". Also has a union tag.
condition: there are a couple of small stains on the shell of the dress, most notable on the top portion of the front draping. There are a couple other small rust colored stains, but not as noticeable due to the print. Some discoloration on the top edging of the lining as well as a more distinct tea colored stain (see picture). No holes or loose seams
Shown on a mannequin with a 35 inch bust and 26 inch waist. The bust portion is a little bit too big for the mannequin but did stay on due to the boning
