BeStable ships all items on the same working day as the order is received, and provides specific shipping times on each product page.

We fully insure all of our deliveries, and in the rare event of a damaged shipment, we will gladly replace the product or provide a full refund.

Note that if the carrier tracking shows the item as delivered, Shop BeStable will not be liable to provide refunds (subject to a case-by-case basis).

Unwanted Items

If you are dissatisfied with or no longer require any purchased item from BeStable, you can notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You are entitled to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible either by email or through eBay messages to initiate the return process. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and it is your responsibility to ensure that it is returned to us. We ask for a fair system depending on the reason for return. If the item is being exchanged, we will ensure that balances are met and any additional costs or reductions will be discussed prior to dispatching the replacement. Please note that we reserve the right to reject the return of goods that are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. However, it is important to note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Item recieved damaged/faulty

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please notify us of the issue within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will arrange for the item(s) to be collected or provide you with a returns label to send back via your local post office. Once we receive the item, we will promptly check and confirm the fault before proceeding with the refund or replacement. Please be aware that any attempt to alter or repair your faulty product may void your warranty. We regret to inform you that any costs incurred from such work will not be refunded.

Warranty

All goods come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated. If you have a faulty item, we will collect it within 28 days of your purchase date. For items older than 28 days, you may return them to us at your own expense. Please contact us before returning any items under warranty. We prioritize all warranty repairs and will provide a replacement or refund if the item cannot be fixed within a reasonable period (i.e. 3-4 weeks).

Items returned within 28 days will be replaced subject to stock availability.
