SHIPPING POLICY:

Will ship bettas via USPS Priority Mail. Packed with care, double bagged in an insulated box with a heat pack when needed. Tracking -number will be provided after shipping label is printed! Bettas will ship out on Monday and Tuesday only (holidays may change when your betta is shipped) to avoid sitting in the post office over the weekend.

DOA POLICY: Hopefully this will never happen, but a refund will be provided if a betta is DOA (dead on arrival) within 1 hour of delivery. Video and a photo of the betta in the unopened bag is required to issue a refund on value of fish only.

**LIGHTING**

Lighting may be different from my display lights so color of betta may slightly change.

FIN NIPPING

Damage to fins from nipping is beyond my control due to stress on fancy males while in transit
