The front cover promotes the remaining four operas to be presented by Henry Mapleson's Her Majesty's Opera Company beginning with Verdi's "RIGOLETTO" on Wednesday, January 7th, 1880 with Signor ITALO CAMPANINI in the role of "Il Duca". On Thursday, January 8th, 1880, the company presented Meyerbeer's "DINORAH" with Mlle. MARIE MARIMON in the title role. On Friday, January 9th, 1880, the company presented Verdi's "AIDA" and on Saturday afternoon, January 10th, 1880, the company presented Donizetti's "LUCIA DI LAMMERMOOR" starring Mlle. CONDITION: With the exception of a light moisture stain at the seam, a heavy fold across the middle, a few tiny edge tears and moderate edge wear, this rare program is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any opera aficionado or historian.
