*Coat, pants, and shoes are removable (please cut the sewing thread when removing pants).

*If strong force is applied locally due to excessive poses such as bending the elbows and knees at sharp angles, bending forward, or arching the back greatly, the joint parts used inside the stuffed toy may come off. Once the joint parts come off, they cannot be put back together, so please be careful when handling them.

We also sell items in stores, so if the item is sold out at the store, it may take some time for the item to appear in stock.

Shipping

Our warehouse staff will ship it within 10 working days.

Your parcel will be delivered by FedEx/DHL/Japan Post with tracking number from Japan.
