This is a NEW power door lock actuator.  this part work on this vehicles: 2006 to 2010 Infiniti M35 M45. Driver rear door - left rear door. (Does not comes with cables - you must switch the cables from the old actuator) (I will include a video link to show you how to switch the cables - it is very easy to do it and only takes a couple of minutes) contact me if you need it for any other doors. In order to qualify for the lifetime warranty, you need to send us the old unit (the part you are removing from your car) using a pre-paid return shipping label that I will include. It is easy, just put the old part in a box, put the prepaid label on it and drop it in any post office.
