Thai Basil Chicken Stir Fry:
Ingredients
– 100-200 g Chicken
– Oil and Garlic
– 1/2 cup Water (approx. 60 ml)
– Basil Leaves
– 1 tbsp (10 g) of RosDee menu Ka Prao (Ga Pao)
Direction
1. Heat oil in a pan. Stir fry garlic and chicken until cooked.
2. Add water and 1 tbsp of RosDee menu Ka Prao (Ga Pao). Stir all well.
3. Add basil leaves and stir again, and serve.
