Our payment policy requires payment to be submitted within 4 days or the order will be automatically cancelled and relisted.

We have partnered with Australia Post to deliver affordable, Australia-wide postage.

Postage cost is based off the item weight and automatically calculated at checkout from our warehouse in WA.

We package everything very safely to ensure the item reaches you in its described condition, this may mean we use a box and several packing materials, and the shipping cost you see may reflect this.

Combined shipping: We can do combined shipping on multiple items. Please pay for the listings and we will refund you the difference once we process the order. Please note there may be no difference if the postage is on a higher band, we have found this to be the case for rural addresses.

As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, including rules about fair use.

If you return an item within 30 days of it being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund through the original payment method used to purchase the items. If you try to make a return after the 30 days, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. Please note, we cannot refund any shipping charges incurred.

TERMS OF SALE

All items are sold on an "as-is" basis, so we encourage all shoppers to inspect the images and read the product description carefully.

Most of our items for sale are used and may have signs of wear and tear. Good Sammy strives to detail the condition of each item individually in it's description and through photographs.

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

ORIGINAL CONDITION

Items purchased and returned must be in their original condition.

All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us in the same condition you received them.

'Original condition' is inspected based off the item listing images. If the item is deemed to be in a different condition to what it was when purchased, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).

FOR PARTS/ AS IS

Items listed for parts/as is may have damage and may have unforeseen damage. We aim to inspect items to the best of our ability, but cannot test certain functions of items such as electrical. Please read the listing carefully as these items are non refundable.

RESPONSIBILITY

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packaged safely. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We recommend returning your items using tracked shipping, so that you can guarantee and be informed on when your parcel arrives back to us.

FAIR USE

We reserve the right to reject any return attempts that are deemed illegitimate. If we notice any suspicious activity- such as large purchases and returns, where a person might be wearing items and returning them, we reserve the right to deactivate your account. If your account has been deactivated incorrectly please contact us.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer exchanges on orders.

Please note: Online returns will not be accepted and cannot be processed at our physical retail stores.
