The form itself is in excellent condition. The paint has flecked off in spots. The size is 9A. It is approximately 10 1/2 inches long. It is the left shoe. If there is a brand, I am not seeing it. There is metal on the bottom with writing that I cannot make all the way out, 9A and then maybe 24 petite? Please see all pictures for detail.
