ASICS GEL 100 TR X-Training Shoe. Traditional cross trainer, featuring rearfoot GEL cushioning, Duomax, Trusstic, and an aggressive solid rubber outsole.
Developed specifically to cope with the multi directional forces during training, offering stability during weights and cushioning and flexibility for cardio work.
Upper: A mix of Leather and synthetic leather.
Sole: Compression moulded. EVA midsole for cuhsioning. DuoMax: A proprietary ASICS system consisting of two or more different density midsole materials, designed to help correct the degree and velocity of pronation.
AHAR heel, ASICS High Abrasion Resistance rubber is a tough compound used at the heavy contact areas of the outsole. It helps to reduce excessive wear. Trusstic System: A molded component which reduces the weight of the sole unit while retaining the structural integrity of the shoe.

Aggressive solid rubber outsole for durability. Rearfoot GEL. Features: SpEVA 55 lasted and a removeable compression moulded EVA sockliner.
