This is an antique Victorian c1880s heavy bronze Arabic etched charger/plate (19th Century). The patterns that are in the centre of the plate are stunning and your eye is permanently drawn to different sections within it. There is a crisscross border that frames it perfectly. There is also a pattern that runs around the rim. This really is a true testament to the artist that created it. There are some slight bends to the rim and small amounts of verdigris, however this in no way detracts from the beauty. It would look stunning in any room.
