Incredible 1958 Wrestling Champion jacket. Such a cool find!!

Features a red wool body with soft and flexible to the touch leather arms. Zips fully up the front with a brass metal zipper. Has flannel lined pockets, one has the champion's first initial and last name stitched on an interior pocket label.

It is lined in a grey colored acetate and has an easy going but unmistakably vintage fit with a wide elasticized band at the bottom and cuffs.

Paper tag on an interior pocket marks this as being a size 42.

Measurements:
Chest: 50"
Shoulders: 19" - this is a flexible measurement due to how the shoulders are sloped. 
Length: 26"
Sleeve Length: 25" 

Bottom Band max stretched: 46" 

Bottom Band relaxed: 36" 

Flaws:

- Minor moth nibbles on the front triangle patch

- I see 1 minor moth nibble on the front of the jacket.

- discoloration/staining on the leather

- many small gouges and scratches on the one leather arm, on the back/underside near the mainly

- one leather sleeve has two small holes on the back side. See photo 11

- Photo 12 shows that the seam on the interior lining  has been mended from an age old seam pop.

Don't let the above flaws deter you. This is a great distressed jacket that has definitely lived a past life but is ready to live a new one in your closet.
