Screen Cosmetics:

Very Good - Grade A - The front glass and/or LCD is in like-new condition, with no visible defects/faulty pixels or pressure marks, may have very minor scratches.

Good - Grade B - The front glass and/or LCD could have some light scratches or small blemishes. as well as up to 5 missing pixels or pressure marks.

Fair - Grade C - The front glass and/or LCD could have deeper scratches and/or dents as well as 6 or more faulty pixels and large or multiple pressure marks.

Housing Cosmetics:

Very Good - Grade A - Like new, no damage to the part's surface. May have very minor scratches

Good - Grade B - Could have some light scratches or small blemishes

Fair - Grade C - Can have deeper scratches and/or dents that do not affect the fitting of the part.

Our price includes UK delivery. Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12pm on a weekday or at the weekend will be shipped the following working day. All products are shipped from the United Kingdom.

New and used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days since purchase. Please note: we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.

We will only use your data to provide the requested service. We will only share your data with 3rd parties to ensure the execution of this service. This will usually only be couriers. We currently use Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, DHL and UPS, but this is subject to change without notice. We will never use your data for targeted advertising. Your data will remain in our systems for the standard eBay duration, which is currently 90 days, or for the length of the warranty on your purchase, whichever is longer.
