It’s still packed in the original box with the owners manual and Penn Lube but no wrench. 

Overall the side plates and chrome finish is exceptional with nearly no pits, scratches or visible damage. There’s some dust visible in the pictures but don’t mistake those for pits. This is one of the cleanest “used” fishing reels I’ve ever seen. 

The included manual has a printing code on the back that looks like late 80s which sounds about right for the box style/graphics.
