This top is form fitting and buttons down the front with ruffle accents. It has short cap sleeves with ruffles and elastic hems. It is a beautiful shade of blue-ish purple. The top is in excellent hardly used condition.

The chest measurement is approximately 19 1/2" across from armpit to armpit, laying flat.
