1950's U.S Metal Toy Mfg Co Litho Flamenco dancer noisemaker. Colorful graphics. Dancer is wearing  a red ruffled dress, blue heels, headpiece & holding a fan. Bright yellow background. 5.5"x 3". Some scuffs around the edges  & a few small dings on the back due to age.  Cool item!
