- Most product state the estimated delivery time at the time of ordering.

- The customer will notify minimum 2 days prior to the delivery date.

- We delivered goods 6 days per week between 8am to 11pm

- We reserve the right to apply a re-delivery charge of £40.00 if you are not present at the delivery address once you agree to accept the delivery.

- Our delivery company does not charge extra up-to 1st floor if there is no lift (ONLY FLATS), without lift 2nd floor, 3rd floor and 4 floors they charge £10 each floor. House delivery only ground floor.

Any damages please must notify us within 24 hours after receiving the delivery.
