This steering wheel is in reasonably good condition. It’s not all torn up, it does have a slice at the bottom right can be seen in photos. Overall the wheel is very dirty but the top does feel dried out / worn a bit it’s not very smooth. It has some imperfections around the wheel from the age but it’s a solid wheel overall.
