Condition is Fair to Good. Several pages with dog ears. Several others with stains. Internal markings include an erased penciled price, and various checks and circles. Nothing makes the text illegible. Many pages are creased. Covers show sun fade, light soiling, a scratch or 2, and a large scuff on the front cover. Pages for the most part white. Photocopied pages so some are darker than others. Again, all pages are legible.
Rare. I could find no copies offered online. I presume a very limited edition.
