RETURN & REFUND

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are few important things to keep in mind when returning a product:

• do not tape the original packaging box. We will consider it as damage to origin packaging and loss of value cost;
• do not stick any shipping label / sticker on the original packaging box. We will consider it as damage to origin packaging and loss of value cost;
• we recommend using stretch film to wrap the original packaging box with item inside. Use additional shipping box or envelope to return item (they are available in USPS offices or Home Depot stores).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
