The item bears a full set of Birmingham 1898 (g) Sterling Silver hallmarks along with a "W.H.H." manufacturer mark for;
"William Hair Haseler."

Good general condition.
Sadly, the item has had an inscription erased and the process has left visible rubbing marks to the rear and to a lesser extent on the front cartouche.
