This is Soviet clock Slava. 

It was made in USSR in the end of 1950s.

The clock is in perfectly working order. It is used as seen on the images below but runs well and keeps time accurately. 

The clock has been serviced (cleaned, lubricated and calibrated) by a professional watchmaker.
