Also Sure, I'll tell you everything I did with the snails before they went into your lake:
YOU MUST:
1. inspected each snail carefully to ensure they were healthy and free of any visible signs of illness.
2. acclimated the snails to the water temperature of your lake by gradually introducing them to it over 24 hours period of time.
3. quarantined the snails for a short period to monitor their behavior and ensure they were not carrying any parasites or diseases.
4. provided a balanced diet to the snails to ensure they were well-nourished before releasing them into your lake.
Before you leave bad feedback, please check how many snails you received. Because I ALWAYS include additional units with orders. If extra snails are small, I want to let you know it is absolutely free of charge.
It's my responsibility to ensure you receive live snails. Your responsibility is to ensure they thrive in your pond or aquarium. Please don't blame me for any mistakes on your end. I'm always happy to assist and provide replacements, as well as help with any questions. Even if you're still convinced I made a mistake and you received dead snails, please provide me with photos of the snails in their original packaging so I can assess their condition. If you send me photos of the snails in your pond, how can I trace their entire journey before reaching your pond? I don't remove negative reviews because I believe all my customers should know both the good and bad aspects. But if a buyer references 3 negative reviews out of 150 positive ones, where's the logic?
