"The Mulberry Tree", lyrics by Anne Caldwell and music by Ivan Caryll. Eight pages front to back with a 1914 copyright. Published by Chappell & Co LTD, New York. Approximately 10 1/4 in. X 13 1/2 in. Cover art by Starmer shows an illustration of two men in stereotypical Chinese costume standing on each side of a sign. At the top of the sign are photos of Dave Montgomery and Fred Stone and on the sign are the words, "Charles Dillingham presents Montgomery and Stone in a musical fantasy, 'Chin-Chin' followed by credits and a list of songs from the production. "Chin-Chin" opened on Broadway at the Globe Theatre on October 20, 1914 and ran until the fall of 1915 with a hiatus from 7/4/1915 through 8/15/1915 and for a total of 295 performances.
