The sizes of the tent are approx: 

Each side of the pentagon (base): 112cm  
Height: 150cm 



It has some signs of wear and need cleaning (please look at the photos), but still it is in good visual condition. 


 I think for someone who likes that sort of thing, this tent will be very interesting.
