• The USB C to HDMI hub adapter supports up to 4K @ 60Hz and are backwards compatible with 4K @ 30Hz, 2K @ 60Hz, 1080p @ 60Hz. Note: cables other than HDMI to HDMI cable may cause compatibility issue.

• 4K 60 Hz is only available for laptops with activated DisplayPort 1.4 and 8K. If your laptop supports DisplayPort 1.2, it can only get 4K 30Hz.

• For the normal performance of the device and hub, please use the charger with wattage higher than 45W and supports PD fast charging protocol.
