Vintage First Years High Chair Tumble and Twirl Toy- 1994. Toy has a suction cup for use on high chair, stroller tray, or tub. Made of hard vinyl plastic. Toy includes a spinning gymnast that flips and spinning plastic ball in middle with plastic beads that rattle. Measures 7 1/4" x 4 1/2". In good condition for age and use. Minimal wear with small scratches. Bubble material is intact with clear plastic. All spinning features work. See Photos.
