We can't send refunds or new eggs for USPS delays as we have 0 control over this. Sorry for that but the buyer assumes all risk including the chance of low hatch rate as too many factors can play into a bad hatch rate when eggs are shipped. By making this purchase you agree to these terms. 

We do take great precautions including using foam shippers to help your eggs get to you safe and viable.

Orders will be shipped the order they were purchased.

We farm full time so eggs will be collected multiple times per day to avoid damage and extreme weather conditions.

Feedback should be based on how the eggs arrive and not your hatch rate or how long it takes usps to deliver. Your feedback is very important to us.

The seller has the right to cancel the order due to unfortunate events.  In this case the buyer will send 100% refund at the time of cancelation

Eggs and Fertility

Our eggs are gathered the day they are laid and stored properly with skinny end down and not washed to maintain freshness and fertility. Unwashed eggs contain bloom which protects the egg. 

Hatchability

  We have had customers with hatch rates as high as 100% and as low as 0%. Hatching has to do with much more than egg fertility.  Incubation requires a clean and temperature-controlled environment and is not guaranteed.

Shipping

We always ship in foam egg shippers to protect the eggs from shaking and being damaged. You will be notified when your eggs have shipped, and a tracking number will be provided. We do not monitor weather in destination, please be advised that if it is too cold/hot where you live, we suggest you wait to order until the weather in your area is more reasonable. By buying our eggs, you are agreeing to the terms that you're okay with that risk. We will not ship to destinations outside the 50 states. We ship our eggs the same day or next day they have been laid. If eggs are damaged a claim can be filed with USPS if pictures are taken and a timely claim  in submitted.
