Sample requirements:
Urine samples can be collected in clean, dry containers. Urine can be detected in one day, but usually the highest concentration of HCG in morning urine. If the sample is not tested immediately, it can be stored at 2-8℃ for 48 hours before testing. If it is necessary to extend the storage time, it can be frozen below - 20℃.
The frozen sample should be completely dissolved and restored to room temperature before shaking. When the urine sample appears turbid precipitation, do not shake, supernatant test; or centrifugation or filtration. Operating method: The test sample, reagent and other equipment should be used at room temperature. If the package is opened, it should be used as soon as possible within one hour.
1. Test strip: Remove the test strip. Immerse one end of the arrow marker vertically in a container containing urine. After at least 3 seconds, remove the surface of the clean non-adsorbent material and wait for the color bands to appear. Record the results in five minutes. (Note: Urine interface should not exceed the "max" line on the strip)
2. Test box: Take out the test box from the aluminium film bag and put it on the table. Drain urine with the straw in the bag. Drop 3 drops of urine sample into the sample hole and observe for 5 minutes.
3. Test pen: Remove the test pen from the aluminium film bag before use, remove the lid, and let urine drop at the urine entrance of the test pen when urinating. Keep the urine connection time for 4-5 seconds (please pay attention to urine). Do not wet the window display, and then put it on the concave mouth. R. Continue to hold the test pen or put it flat. Observe the results for 5 minutes.
Result Judgment Note: 15 minutes later the judgement is invalid.
1. Negative: only the control line, indicating no pregnancy;
2. Positive: Both the reference and the test have color, indicating that they are pregnant.
3. Invalid: The control line does not show color, indicating that the test failed or the reagent failed. Please retest with new test paper. If the problem still exists, please stop using the batch number immediately and contact the local supplier or manufacturer.
Note: Because of the content of HCG in urine, the color bands of the quality control line and the detection line can show the color depth. When HCG concentration is high, the detection line is obvious and the control line may become weak, which is the normal result.
