This white floral v neck blouse is a dressy thin polyester fabric. It has 3 buttons in the center of the bust. The buttons are fabric covered and button by slipping into an elastic loop. It ties behind the empire waist. The bottoms of the sleeves have elastic bands around them. I also have this listed in sizes 1XL & 2XL.

It is a size 3XL.

The measurements are 26" from one underarm seam to the other, the bottom is 39" across, and the length measures 27 1/2".
