Mickey Mouse Comic #1 (1931) - Low Grade But Complete

This is an original Mickey Mouse Comic, issue #1 from 1931, by David McKay Publications. Please refer to photos to assess condition. There are a number of items to note. Covers are split and detached, and the last page is detached and missing a large piece (though it does not impact the ability to read the story). The front cover has some stains and signs of wear. Pages 15 and 21 have tears at the bottom. That said, the book is complete, including the infamous sequence where Mickey contemplates suicide.
